Limo Service in Richmond Hill
The Yonge Street corridor from the Steeles boundary north to Oak Ridges, plus the Highway 7 and Bayview office cluster and everything around Langstaff.
Richmond Hill runs on Yonge Street and it stretches a long way, which is the first thing worth knowing about any trip that starts here. From the southern boundary at Steeles up through Highway 7, Major Mackenzie, Elgin Mills and on to Oak Ridges and the moraine is a considerable distance, and a door time from Oak Ridges is not a door time from Langstaff. The busiest point is Yonge at Highway 7, where the Richmond Hill Centre terminal, the Viva rapidway and the Langstaff GO station on the Richmond Hill line all converge — genuinely difficult ground for stopping a car, and a place where naming a precise meeting point saves everybody ten minutes. North of there the town is much easier to work with: Hillcrest Mall at Yonge and Carrville, Mackenzie Health's hospital on Major Mackenzie, the Mill Pond neighbourhood, Bayview Hill, Devonsleigh and the Bathurst-side streets are all conventional residential ground with proper driveways. The airport arithmetic is where Richmond Hill differs from Markham. The default 404-to-407 route works from the southern half of town, but from Oak Ridges and the north end it is worth checking against the Highway 400 corridor through Vaughan, which is sometimes the better road to Pearson. That question gets asked on the phone rather than assumed. Corporate work here centres on the Highway 7 and Bayview offices and the business parks along Leslie north of 16th Avenue, and a large share of bookings are Pearson transfers, downtown runs and evening collections.

Frequently asked questions
Is Richmond Hill or Thornhill charged differently from Markham?
Trips are quoted on the actual itinerary rather than on a zone map, so what changes the number is the distance, the hour and the route — not which municipal boundary your house sits inside. In practice a Thornhill pickup heading to Pearson is a shorter job than one from east Markham, and a north Richmond Hill pickup is a longer one. You get the number before the car is booked.
I am in Stouffville. Is that too far out?
No. Whitchurch-Stouffville is part of the regular service area, and the main difference is arithmetic rather than willingness. It is further from both the 407 and the 404, so a Pearson door time from Stouffville is meaningfully earlier than the same flight from Unionville. Give the flight number when you book and the door time is worked back from the counter rather than guessed from a map.
