Bond Transporters is a Greater Toronto Area chauffeur operator running three Audi SUVs across the corridor from Oakville through Toronto to Oshawa. This site is the York Region end of it.

Bond Transporters runs three vehicles: a 2024 blue Audi Q7, a 2023 black Audi Q7 and a 2027 black Audi Q9. That is the entire fleet, and it is written plainly on every page of this site because it is the single most useful thing a person booking a car needs to know before they spend ten minutes explaining their day.

Each vehicle carries four to five passengers with airport luggage. Not seven. Not nine. A full-size SUV with five suitcases in the back is a four-passenger vehicle in practice, and stating the seat count instead of the real number is how people end up standing in a driveway at five in the morning with a bag that does not fit.

The service corridor runs from Oakville through Toronto to Oshawa. York Region is the home end of it — Markham, Unionville, Richmond Hill, Thornhill and Whitchurch-Stouffville — and a trip from here to a Mississauga office, a downtown hotel, a Pickering plant or an Oshawa address is ordinary work rather than a special request.

Why this site leads with corporate work

Because that is what Markham actually is. This is one of the densest corporate and technology clusters in Canada outside downtown Toronto, spread along Highway 7, Woodbine, Leslie, Warden, Allstate Parkway and Commerce Valley Drive, with the 404 and the 407 carrying all of it. The people who book cars in this town are mostly executive assistants and office managers arranging travel for somebody else, and what they need is not an experience. It is a fixed point in a schedule that somebody else will be judged on.

Airport work matters here too and it is a large share of the bookings. But an airport transfer in York Region is a corporate problem as often as a holiday one, and the thing that makes it work is the same thing that makes the corporate day work: a route decision made in advance, a door time calculated backwards from the counter rather than forwards from the departure, a pickup point agreed before the morning of, and a number that does not move.

What this site will not do

It will not publish reviews it does not have, invent a star rating, quote clients who have not said anything, or claim a founding year. The site is new. It says what the cars are and what the service is, and stops there.

It will not publish a fixed rate card, because the hour of the day and the route change the job more than the distance does. The cost page carries market reference points from what GTA operators advertise, clearly labelled as exactly that, so you can budget before you call. Your trip gets quoted.

It will not make claims about licensing, insurance or airport authorization. What is said here is what is true and verifiable: pickups are arranged in advance and booked ahead. If you want to know more than that, ask on the phone and get an answer from a person rather than reading a badge on a website.

And it will not overstate the vehicle or the fleet. Three cars is three cars. A wedding that needs guest transport needs a coach operator. A conference that needs eight vehicles at once needs a larger company. You will hear that on the first call, which is the only time it is useful.

Where the rules actually come from

Ground transportation in Ontario is licensed municipally, so the framework differs depending on which city you are standing in. Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Whitchurch-Stouffville and Toronto each publish their own, while York Region runs the regional roads that join them together. The airports publish their own rules on top: Toronto Pearson for ground transportation and Billy Bishop for access to Eireann Quay and the tunnel. Bookings are arranged in advance rather than dispatched on demand, so the earlier the better — there are three cars, and weekday mornings, peak-season Saturdays and the weeks around the holidays fill up first.
